Hi, I'm John!
I make physical simulators and custom environments at my startup Gridworld.
I studied Engineering Science at Oxford. My research work includes using multi-agent RL to optimize quantum chip layouts at the Oxford Quantum Device Lab, and speeding up neuropixel data analysis at the UCL Neural Computation Lab. I was also previously the president of Oxford's neurotechnology society (OxNeurotech) and a sub-team lead in Oxford's robotics team (Team ORION).
